Getting Back To Be You!
When you were in your 20’s and 30’s, you were a powerhouse full of boundless, youthful energy. What happened? Where did that go? It left you when your hormones headed for the door! But what if you could invite those same hormones that were so kind to you in your 30’s back into your life? What if the solution to all those complications of being a “mature woman” really could be easily turned around with simple hormone balance?
There’s a lot of misinformation about hormones out there – total misstatements about them increasing diseases like cancer and heart disease. In fact, it’s the absence of these hormones that has lead to 1 out of every 2.8 women having heart disease, and 80% of breast cancers occurring after menopause. What so good about that? Studies have shown reductions of breast cancers of up to 24%, decreased mortality from heart disease and stroke by 60%, and a significant improvement in energy, quality of sleep, weight issues, memory, and libido when those hormones are restored. How is that bad?! Why not take the steps to restore them naturally?
The Menopausal Cocktail Produces Stepford Wives
When progesterone falls in your early 40’s, women begin to experience problems with sleeping and increased irritability. The problem is low progesterone, and the cure is to return your progesterone levels back to healthy levels. Doctors treat these symptoms with Band-Aids, Ambien for an artificial sleep, and Xanax for irritability.
You aren’t suffering from a Xanax deficiency, you are suffering from a progesterone deficiency. So why not correct the progesterone levels. With plummeting Estrogen levels, women experience increase depression and memory changes. Why not correct the estrogen levels? Instead ladies leave the doctors office with handfuls of antidepressants. The resultant Stepford wife, wandering in the haze of over medication is not only possible, but guaranteed. Why not restore these hormones back to healthy levels, solving issues of sleep deprivation, anxiety, and depression. The result, is great sleep, less anxiety, more energy for T-tapping and a crystal clear memory.
